What presentation platforms do you support?
PowerPoint remains our core expertise and primary platform, but we also work with Google Slides, Canva, Keynote, Adobe Express, Gamma, and other presentation tools as needed. Our focus is not the software itself — it is helping organizations communicate effectively using the right tools for their audiences, workflows, and goals.

Do you only work in PowerPoint?
No, although PowerPoint is our specialty and where we have the deepest technical expertise. We regularly support clients using multiple presentation platforms and increasingly help organizations navigate presentation ecosystems that include PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, Adobe tools, and AI-assisted workflows.

What versions of PowerPoint do you support?
We support current Microsoft 365 versions of PowerPoint on both Windows and Mac and can often support legacy templates and presentations when required.For enterprise template projects, we consider compatibility requirements across the client’s working environment.
Do you work on Windows or Mac?
Yes. We work across both Windows and Mac environments and test templates and presentations accordingly.
Do you create presentations for tablets and mobile devices?
Yes. We can design presentations and communication assets optimized for tablets, mobile devices, conference screens, digital signage, virtual environments, and other presentation formats.
Can you help us use AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or presentation generators?
Absolutely. AI can accelerate research, ideation, drafting, content generation, and early presentation development. We help organizations integrate AI into presentation workflows while maintaining communication quality, brand consistency, governance, and effective design principles. AI can generate slides quickly. Effective communication still requires human judgment.

How long do projects take?
Project timelines depend on complexity, scope, stakeholder involvement, and review cycles. Smaller presentation projects can often be completed quickly, while enterprise templates and larger initiatives require more planning, testing, and coordination. Every project includes a clear timeline, milestones, review process, and project expectations.

We are not located in California. Can we still work together?
Absolutely. Presentitude® is based in Northern California but regularly works with clients across North America, Europe, and other regions. Remote collaboration and working across time zones have been part of our business model for many years.
Do you have a formal working process?
Yes. We use a structured consulting and delivery process refined through years of presentation projects, communication consulting, template implementations, and training engagements. The process is adapted to each project while maintaining consistent quality standards.
How do you manage project quality?
We use written project agreements, dedicated project leadership, structured review cycles, documentation, version control, technical testing, and quality assurance procedures. Our goal is to deliver presentation materials that are accurate, functional, on-brand, reliable, and ready for professional use.

Who owns the final files?
Upon final payment, clients receive the agreed ownership and usage rights for project deliverables unless otherwise specified in the proposal or agreement. Any licensing requirements for fonts, images, software, or third-party assets will be discussed as part of the project.
Do you work under nondisclosure agreements?
Yes. Many of our projects involve confidential corporate information, executive communication, strategy, financial data, product information, or materials that have not yet been made public. We are happy to work under a mutual or client-provided nondisclosure agreement when required.

Can you work directly with our agency, marketing team, or external vendors?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with agencies, consultants, designers, marketers, software vendors, and internal communication teams as part of broader initiatives.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept ACH transfers, bank transfers, checks, and electronic payment options. Specific arrangements are defined as part of the project agreement.
